Draka Comteq Announces Centralized Customer Caree Center

Draka Comteq announced today the launch of a national Customer Care Center to support its growing communications cabling business in North America. Through a single point of contact, Customer Care Representatives provide product, ordering, and technical information for all of Draka Comteq's premise and outside plant fiber cabling solutions, including the former Chromatic Technologies and Alcatel cable brands.
